Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my credits when I upgrade?
Your existing credits remain, and you'll immediately get the higher monthly allowance from your new plan. Credit balances never decrease when upgrading.
How does credit rollover work?
Unused credits at the end of your billing period roll over to the next month, up to 2x your monthly allowance. For example, on the Growth plan (5,000/month), you can accumulate up to 10,000 rollover credits.
Do purchased credit packs expire?
No! Credit packs you purchase never expire and are separate from your monthly allowance. They're added directly to your available balance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
